SALES FORECAST, ANALYTICS & FREELANCE - NEW YORK, NY
Job description
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 3 Managers across each function in Retail Sales & Analytics, Freelance & Sales Finance Forecasting
- Full execution and optimization of sales fundamentals in order to proactively drive shipments, net net revenue, and market share growth with each account
- Lead the development of new product forecasting guidelines for all retailers while working closely with Marketing, Demand Planning & Supply as part of the S&OP Process.
- Produce business analytics to support all cross-functional partners within the US Prestige Division. This includes the issuance of several standard weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as well as general ad-hoc analyses. For all standard reports provide a summary of findings and recommendations to allow the brand and retailers to address risks and opportunities to the Brand and customers Annual Operating Plan.
- Proactively provide ROI metrics and KPI's to the field sales teams
- Track sales and forecasting and proactively derive actions in alignment with CFO & SVP Sales to address gaps and opportunities
- Lead with an achievement-oriented mind-set

- Position requires minimum of 8 years' experience with 5+ years of demand planning/integrated business planning expertise. Experience in cosmetics or related industry preferred
- Ability to understand multiple interactions with the demand-driven Supply Chain
- Strong management with influence skills - proven ability to work closely with cross functional partners and leadership team.
