Position Overview:

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are actively looking for our future philosophy head of Brand Projects and Trade Marketing, to successfully lead transversal strategic business initiatives. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, philosophy.

In this role, the candidate will help identify brand strategies to promote brand growth and expansion, create a plan of action to execute said projects and see through to execution. This role will work across departments and markets to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the projects and budgetary restrictions.

This person should demonstrate a passion for leadership and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key project management responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create long and short-term brand project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadline and budget
  • Serve as point of contact for teams and markets to ensure synergies and streamlined communication
  • Delegate applicable tasks to the right teams and regularly connect with key markets to ensure full adherence to project objectives
  • Prioritize and orchestrate deliverables to meet short- and long-term strategic goals
  • Manage and solve escalations to keep projects on target
  • Review and advise on continuous improvement activities to ensure processes are optimized and aligned to achieve the best possible results.
  • Communicate and manage information flow to ensure the team is up to date on critical information
  • Own and develop presentations and communications for all key meetings
Additional trade marketing responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage monthly regional calls to develop optimal marketing and business development plans
  • Optimize product lineup per market/footage and help streamline global merchandising deployment process
  • Ensure best in class commercial readiness for all markets by managing timely and optimized delivery/sharing of all new launch deliverables with cross functional teams
  • Create brand presentations, brand books and brand guidelines for markets
Global Marketing, Project Manager, Brand Projects and Trade Marketing - philosophy

Key strategic responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide thought partnership to the SVP on the brands strategic direction and priorities, including strategy development, evaluating new ideas and business opportunities, and conducting analysis and research to support key decisions.
  • Lead special strategic projects that the SVP oversees, including setting objectives, timelines and execution
  • Shape / Drive strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional projects through thoughtful planning and stakeholder alignment

Profile

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Leadership qualities such as motivation techniques and conflict management

  • Time management skills, familiarity with calendar management and goal setting/project management tools

  • Knowledge of marketing and the category/market, avid consumer of the segment

  • Excellent communicator, well-organized, and able to apply strategic thinking FIT


  • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field

  • 4+ years related experience in program / project management, management consulting, or business management.

  • Must demonstrate ownership of programs, embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details

  • Must be able to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders, adapt to change and proactively identify problems and find solutions

  • Must be a self-starter, professionally mature, accountable, resourceful, organized and highly detail-oriented with accurate work output

  • Must possess the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional and affiliate teams

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
