Job description

- Train, develop and manage all daily activities of the Data Entry.
- Ensure that all A.I.L. Associate Acknowledgement Forms, Manual Production Forms including Performance Adjustment/Deletions Requests and Incentive documents, are submitted timely (within 24 hours of the report date of the correction) and (signed if required), accounted for, Acknowledged in the client (if required) and archived per company guidelines.
- Become familiar with and utilize the flat files and SCAN queries to perform assignment research as needed. Monitor to ensure that all assignment data contained in the flat files are sent daily by checking that records that have opened do have a closing file in the Process Log within JDA.
- Responsible for maintaining the Integrity of all E.S. Documentation and that manually entered data is accurate.
- Verify all Adjustment and Deletion forms contain correct supporting documentation required prior to processing the request. Monitor for consistent trends and provide additional feedback and training as necessary to reduce adjustments and deletions.
- Oversees Systems Support activities including, but are not limited to, SCAN warehouse management system, Sortation Systems, and Labor Management Systems. Manages the timely reporting, escalation and resolution of all system related issues. Manages the coordination of implementations of systems changes, new software and fixes. Communicates recommendations and changes to DC Management. Understands relationships and interfaces between systems and platforms
- Works with software and equipment vendors when required. Coordinates DC systems activities related to software and hardware installations and basic network set-up. Participates in system related projects coordinated by Home Office. Oversees system and technical training on all DC systems. Recommends systems changes to support the Distribution Center operation. Educate operations and train operations as necessary with any new enhancements that are instituted.
- Participate in regular network calls for IT and ES and involved in the facilities ES Committees.
- Assist with onboarding of new Supervisors and associates with ES philosophy, JDA Client, Web Reports.
- Supervises and Maintains SCAN tables including but not limited to:
- Job Code: , Job Type, Service Maintenance, X-Ref, Training Maintenance, Attribute Maintenance, QC Module
- Storage Control, JDA Schedules, Processing Area's, Sox compliance, Associate Maintenance
- Conduct self-audits of all SCAN tables as mentioned above quarterly and be an active participant in any SCAN or PCAW audits.
- Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly ES and A.I.L. Incentive reports to internal and external customers
- In coordination with the Manager, hires, trains, reviews and terminates associates
- Review all Adjustment and Deletion forms ensuring their accuracy and that they contain all supporting documentation.
- Incentive Pay Expert - Assist with education/maintaining of knowledge of the associates, supervisors and management team
- Facilities SME on Incentive Pay and calculations
- Review and research Flat File data as needed
- Advise on adjustment / deletion / re-pass as required
- Participate in any meetings regarding pay dispute/resolution
- A resource during Union Negotiations as needed
- Support/Manage the UA through pay dispute resolution
PATS/IT Job Summary
Associate must possess superior multi-tasking ability and an analytical skills to fit job description.
Supervise the processing and entry of ES data into the JDA WLM software, monitor and produce reports displaying accurate information providing them to the operations team. In coordination with the Building IE update SCAN to match JDA WLM. Process the weekly Incentive Extraction and process any payroll corrections due to late adjustments made after the extraction has been processed. Monitor SCAN and coordinate any system issues or enhancements with the building.

- Dotted line E.S. Data Integrity Manager (Home Office)

Profile

- 2 years of operation experience in an engineered standards environment
- E.S. Certified in at least one area of Operations preferred
- Understand the Databases used in all systems (Strong MS Excel and Access knowledge preferred)
- Detailed understanding of SCAN
- Requires excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate changes to management, peers, and subordinates
- Supervisory experience with solid verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, professional attitude and approach. Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis; good problem-solving and analytical skills to get to the root cause of issues. Ability to thoroughly document complex issues that can be understood by other parties which will be used in problem resolution of systems issues in coordination with Home Office IT.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities.
