Job description

We'll want you to...

  • Ensure teams are connecting with customers and speaking to product value.
  • Focus on the numbers to identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Have a pipeline of smart, passionate brand enthusiasts who embrace our values.
  • Develop and retain talented Store Directors.
  • Create achievable goals and objectives that tie to strategic initiatives and play to team strengths.
  • Employ situational leadership skills to align style and development level.
  • Push teams out of their comfort zones and away from consensus decision-making.
  • Dig in to determine why store strategies are not delivering and craft a plan to turn things around.
  • Ensure stores always look great with current promotions in place.
  • Achieve payroll percent and ensure the right associates are in the right place at the right time.
  • Set a T+E budget that optimizes store visits.
Have a track record of setting and achieving goals as well as holding teams to the same standard.

Be a visionary, painting a vivid picture of the future that elicits excitement and ideas around ways to get there.

Give creative ideas an opportunity to thrive and ensure they are cross-pollinated.

Operate in a fair and transparent manner.

Profile

You've got to...
Oh, and by the way, you...
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education and experience.

  • Have 4 or more years of multi-management experience with similar scope.

  • Have a voice, tailor your communication to the audience and write succinctly and professionally.

  • Are adept with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.

  • Can travel to stores.

  • Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 18 kilos.
