Job description

E-Commerce Coordinator - Clark, NJ The E-Commerce Coordinator will support the overall operation and fulfillment for the E-Store, the E-Commerce employee site. This position will support the day to day functions of the E-Store which includes but is not limited to both participation in and control of: daily operations, all aspects of inventory management (ordering/receiving/stocking), order fulfillment (picking/processing/shipping), and customer relations. Job Responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for supporting C-Commerce operations and fulfillment - including printing/preparing orders, picking, processing and packing employee orders using Salesforce, Matrix POS, and UPS System
- Maintain product selections and inventory levels from L'Oreal divisions along with ensuring that inventory is received and pallets stocked promptly
- Assist with reconciling monthly and daily sales reports, includes PayPal, Salesforce, and POS
- Flexibility between ecommerce picking and shipping functions by entering shipping info into the UPS system and maintain shipping documents
- Research and respond to all employee order inquiries
- Support in tracking, monitoring and meeting monthly sales goals Job Requirements
- 2+ years of E-Commerce experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to meet department standards for productivity, quality, pick time
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of POS System, E-Commerce sales, Salesforce or other e-Commerce platform experiences a plus
- Demonstrates ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated team player with flexible work ethic
- Exposure to UPS systems and warehouse a plus
- Flexibility to support E-Store business during peak times on Saturdays May require lifting of up-to 40 lbs. with regular squatting, kneeling, bending, and extended periods on your feet This position is part of a retail environment, and as such, requires duties and responsibilities closely associated with a public retail environment. Work hours, locations, and days of operation are subject to change, based on the needs of the business and the position as directed by the supervisor and full flexibility is required. This position is NON-EXEMPT under FLSA, and is eligible for overtime to be paid in accordance with FLSA regulations after working 40 hours in a weekly period.
