The eCommerce Manager supports the expansion and growth of the atmos ecommerce business, creating a fast-paced, best-in-class omni experience. This role will be an important part of the rapidly growing and evolving atmos brand as we expand in the US. Our ideal candidate is an expert in eCommerce and digital experience, is comfortable in a dynamic organization, is resourceful, loves tackling new challenges and making an impact.

Responsibilities
As the Manager of eCommerce, you will be responsible for driving the eCommerce business, including managing all products and merchandising on site, creating period reports to evaluate performance, and overseeing updates and adjustments to the tech stack. The Manager of eCommerce will have their hand in many key projects & initiatives surrounding launches. You will be involved in several key pieces of the business, partnering daily with Merchandising, Digital Marketing, and Customer Service.

Site Operations

  • Monitor the site on daily basis, to ensure Quality Assurance for all content and website functions

  • Manage ecommerce product flow, sourcing required assets and writing product descriptions

  • Communicating with vendors, buyers and cross-functional partners throughout the process to ensure timely deployment and seamless end to end customer experience

  • Oversee merchandising for all categories on-site, including homepage updates, product categories, & more

  • Actively review the site, identify opportunities and issues, and coordinate updates

  • Manage all technology integrations relating to the site, support testing new functionality, and identify areas for improvement

  • Drive navigation, search, filter & product recommendation strategies

  • Manage end-to-end raffle process with key internal & external partners


  • Strategy & Business Operations

    • Collaborate with internal and external partners on digital best practices and share out learnings

    • Interface between third-party service providers and internal teams

    • Continuously improve processes and ways of working internally and with external partners

    • Partner with merchandising team to identify new opportunities on the site and products based on seasonality and trends

    • Support strategic roadmap development

    • Partner with key Marketing partners to inform strategies and messages from a product perspective


    • Reporting & Analytics

      • Analyze data daily including top vendors, items, campaigns, etc., through BI and reporting systems

      • Provide ad-hoc digital analysis and regular reporting

      • Leverage data to understand performance of product launches and customer interaction on the site to optimize the experience - make suggestions to improve conversion rates and identify business opportunities

      • Identify industry trends and embrace new ways of thinking to be predictive in meeting our customers' needs

Profile

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Proficiency in an eCommerce platform, Excel, Word

  • 3+ years of related ecommerce experience, Shopify experience a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask

  • Strong level of accountability and desire to take ownership

  • Occasional weekend availability required
