The eCommerce Merchandising Data Coordinator will oversee foundational tasks related to product set-up, including: launch activity progress tracking to the item/color level; product coding; promotional and event support activities; purchase order and photo sample management and tracking; for assigned brands and regions, delivering an outstanding experience for internal and external customers. You will work with our product, site operations, analytics and engineering teams to provide accurate product launches, price changes. You will also support related merchandising and marketing plans, bringing a consistent customer focus to their role.
About the Job
- Perform daily and seasonal activities and implement timelines that support merchandising and marketing strategies through site execution for assigned brands and regions
- Create product-to-site tracking and documentation
- Manage accurate pre-season product set up (PLM adoption and activations, online effective date) and verifies that all new products are pushed live
- Manage assigned product assortments, brands, regions to achieve timely launches
- Set up products with all required information, including data entry ('coding') in multiple systems
- Coordinate cross-functionally to gather, compile, maintain, track, chase and expedite required product information
- Compile list of site-level price changes in partnership with Planning/Merchant teams; enter price changes into relevant systems
- Support promotional activity based on published calendar, including compiling site-level price changes in partnership with Planning and Merchant teams and pricing update data entry activities
- Identify process and procedural gaps
- Manage photo and copy requests
- Order samples
- Promote our policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Profile

- BA degree
- Passionate about apparel and eCommerce
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and manage systems/tools
- Understanding of retail and e-commerce industry
- Beginner-to-intermediate proficiency MS Office applications
