Job description

Creative Briefs
Product Marketing
Deliverables: 360 Marketing campaigns, globally

Oversee and manage 360 marketing campaigns, from strategic brief through execution to ensure all channels and markets are synergized
Collaborate with teams (Creative, PR, digital, education, etc.) on 360 campaign process and turnover for all markets
Partner with Creative Ops on 360 asset menus and shot lists that synch up with briefs to ensure global markets' needs align with brand strategy & objectives
Identify, anticipate and manage implementation of all branded assets, collateral and marketing activation requests for seasonal and launch needs in all markets
Partner with digital, trade, education, social and PR to ensure global consistency of all assets and messaging
Collaborate on the development of the global event strategy and manage library of global events (pop ups, in store events, retailer brand activations, market launches, education, etc.)
Work with team on to analyze campaign results and key learnings
Participate in building of presentation decks
Deliverables: Creative Briefs
Guide marketing brief process to ensure all business needs are tailored to meet global objectives
Manage Creative Briefing for campaign-related assets, ensuring deliverables are aligned with brand objectives; ensure all briefs are executed and delivered for all cross-functionals (digital, sales, field, edu, social, influencer, pr)
Liaise with regional teams and creative to ensure briefs/programs are modified or developed with local market relevancy
Deliverables: Dossier

Create and manage product, campaign & new market dossiers ensuring consistent and accurate brand message that feeds to trade, PR, influencers, field, etc.; maintain product dossiers to communicate updates to organization
Product Marketing
Consumer assessment: Analyze product landscape to understand consumer perception

Participate in strategic rationale of new launches
Create sell sheets as part of 360
Create and distribute key dates for launches
