Responsible for the execution of Global Travel Retail Marketing Strategies that will enhance brand equity, improve market share, ensure brand objectives are realized and financial targets achieved for the La Mer brand. Ideal candidate must have experience in both product Marketing and Consumer Engagement with a digital first mindset. Travel retail experience preferred.

- Develop and ensure implementation of O2O marketing programs to meet La Mer Brand objectives for all distribution in the Travel Retail channel.
- Establish marketing objectives for La Mer brand that are in synergy with global brands and TRWW goals.
- Manage cost implications of each individual program. Plan and control budget and effectiveness of promotional programs.
- Work with VP Marketing to develop 360 integrated campaigns to leverage innovation: Development of digital/social strategy in collaboration with Integrated Marketing team by campaign, including influencer events, OOH and in-store activations, ensuring alignment with local markets. Manage agency communication/relationship for key activations that are driven from NY for global execution.
- Develop new TR Exclusive programs and calendar from concept to cost feasibility, to production in conjunction with TR SVP/GM and VP Marketing alignment, global brand marketing teams and iHub where needed.
- Develop, in collaboration with global team, TR exclusive campaigns to support the channel and retailers from concept to execution. Work closely with the regional teams to drive O2O and ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with SVP/GM and VP Marketing on strategic action plan to develop long term programs and strategies to enhance and meet business objectives across all three regions
- Drive development of trade marketing programs to grow sales and market share with key retail accounts (ie DFS, CDF). Also work closely with retail contacts and key account management team (in Lachen) to better understand retailer specific needs and commercial opportunities. Deliver brand presentations for global accounts 2-3 times/year.
- Manage the La Mer brand to gain year on year operational improvements in the area of SKU productivity/ rationalization, cost optimization, forecast accuracy and inventory control.
- Oversee the timely development and forecast offerings to regional teams; manage timely delivery to distribution center and oversee development of appropriate support materials for each program. Monitor program sell thru and provide feedback to the teams.
- Work with Visual Merchandising teams (TR & global brand) to ensure material development applicable to Travel Retailing; oversee and review ordering of visual merchandising materials, collateral, and advertising materials and ensure timely availability for regional marketing activities.
- Work closely with regional teams to cascade global brand, regional and channel strategies, ensure all action points are successfully implemented and objectives are met.
- Assist in the management of the demand plan including saleable product forecast, new products and TR Exclusive items with Demand Plan Director. Manage all regulatory related issues with global and demand plan.
- Manage the development of the two Marketing direct reports and oversee their responsibilities.
