Job description

Job Summary: This critical role is a newly created position to develop the Global Online 3rd Party Platform (3PP) strategy. This position will work with stakeholders to drive and operationalize key strategic 3rd Party Platform (3PP) initiatives, projects and priorities to support Global Online. These projects include year or multi year-long global business expansion initiatives to build out strategic partnerships with identified 3PPs. This position will also provide strong project management support, ensuring we have the right stakeholders involved and proper governance structures in place, with resources and timing outlined for each program. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee 3PP and new business development strategy; work with across many stakeholders to identify and align on strategic priorities that stem from overall strategic goals and principles of 3PP Center of Excellence
- Develop and strengthen global strategic partnerships with key online platforms and ecosystems
- Maximize business opportunities with diversified online platforms and ecosystems
- Partner closely with key Online Brand, Region and Functional leads to gather and interpret relevant business information and ensure alignment
- Collaborate with local teams and drive channel strategy execution plans with Global functions
- Serve as business lead for the execution of key projects and launches that support 3PP strategy and new business development; escalate to leadership when projects are "off track"
- Research and analyze external 3PP best practices and trends, creating benchmarks for valuable insights to inform strategy development and guide key initiatives
- Develop and present business cases for each key 3PP and new business initiative
- Define and measure KPIs, calculate ROI for strategic initiatives
- Determine and manage rollout approach
- Develop themes and content for key business review meetings with senior leadership
- Provide support as needed for other ad hoc critical initiatives

Profile

Qualifications
- MBA preferred; BA/BS required
- 10+ years' work experience in E-Commerce and/or management consulting, with a preferred focus on online retail or consumer experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skill
- Strong content development skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote); ability to crystallize complex concepts into clear, salient points and to leverage creativity and storytelling in presenting ideas
- Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholders; problem solving skills are critical
- Excellent communicator, and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, understand incentives, and ensure alignment in a matrixed organization
- Strong attention to detail and results orientation; strong work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion; a "roll up the sleeves" attitude towards tackling a challenge
