Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for Finance Managers to join our Global Operations and Technology (GOT) and Innovation Consumer Creation (ICC) teams! We have multiple opportunities available.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial modeling, strong presentation skills, ability to build deep cross-functional relationships and manage complexity across the portfolio in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Successful Finance Managers are critical thinkers, problem solvers and effective communicators with strong ability to handle contending priorities in a multifaceted environment!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
You will help drive the financial direction of the business you support and be a critical member of the leadership team.
- Influence teams and provide financial support to improve product portfolio growth and profitability
- Act as a strategic thought partner to develop vision while encouraging an entrepreneurial environment
- Execute the monthly reporting and forecasting analysis and present risks and opportunities along with actionable items to senior leadership
- Actively interpret and review financial results with leadership, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive meaningful responses and delivery of performance management targets
- Lead performance management process through forecasting and risks and opportunities analysis to deliver actions plans to meet revenue and margin objectives
- Drive cross-functional alignment and provide visibility and communication. Lead ad-hoc analyses to support decisions around Nike critical initiatives, often in response to changing macroeconomic or business conditions
- Streamline processes and tools, seeking to improve efficiencies without sacrificing quality
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
You will collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders and partner cross-functionally with various business teams, Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Investor Relations to successfully execute deliverables. In addition, there is also a high level of exposure to Senior Leadership.

Profile

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Accounting or Budgeting at a Fortune 500 company
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong collaboration, ability to build strong relationships and lead cross functional deliverables & processes
- Proven ability to complete quantitative/qualitative analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to influence senior executives and deliver results in highly matrixed, cross-functional working environment.
- Attention to detail in the development of management-quality reporting and analytics for Senior Leadership
- Results-oriented, high energy self-starter with ability to manage through ambiguity in a dynamic environment to drive operational results
