Bass, among others.
GIII also has licenses with the four major professional sports leagues, as well as over 100 U.S. colleges and universities. In addition, G-III currently designs, manufactures and markets an extensive range of apparel, including outerwear, dresses, sportswear, beachwear, women's suits and women's performance wear, as well as luggage and women's handbags, small leather goods and various accessories.

Job description

GIII Apparel Group is currently seeking a Flagship Brand Manager to join its New York City based team!

To drive sales and profit in assigned flagship location(s). This individual will manage the assortment, stock, selling services, and training vehicles in conjunction with the retail partner.

Sales
- Analyze store business on a weekly basis, react and adjust presentation based on sell-off, and sales to stock ratio
- Identify stock and assortment opportunities to influence buy based on trend and selling
- Identify specific product requests and weekly reorders to communicate to G-III central team
- Ensure consistent brand presentation standards with store team
- Collaborate with store executives to ensure all staffing and operational needs are fulfilled
- Elevate selling experience with grass roots events and new ideas
- Maximize retailer marketing events by developing and implementing strategy to drive presell, regular price selling, and S/T
Communication
- Develop relationships with retail partners from store level to central office. Conduct strategic monthly meetings with store management, quarterly meetings at the District/Regional level
- Send weekly store recaps to G-III central team (HSQ 003 daily recaps), outlining assortment wins and misses, stock needs, trend analysis, and store specific call-outs
Training and Development
- Ensure daily and weekly sales goals are communicated, met, and exceeded. Manage results to ensure peak performance
- Conduct weekly trainings on the floor with store sales team, monthly formal trainings with store sales and management team
Stores
- Negotiate and interact with retail partners for additional space, staffing, and stockroom need
- Monitor and react to any operational issues including back of house organization, selling floor recovery or markdown/signing issues
- Take on a leadership role with MyStylist team to share product and brand knowledge
