Job description

COLLABORATE:

Partners with internal colleagues and external vendors to address business challenges and opportunities, and understands the need to work well with others to beat the competition. - Collaborates internally, channels competitiveness toward external competition. - Is respectful in interactions with others at all levels of the organization. - Creates relationships across the organization to get things done. - Understands that his/her success is dependent on other individuals or teams. - Focuses on finding solutions rather than blaming others when things go wrong. - Increases efficiency by ensuring alignment with peers before moving forward.

DEVELOP TALENT:
