REPORTS: TO: REGIONAL MANAGER
GENERAL Manager will enhance the overall customer experience by managing the areas of client services, human resources, operations, and visuals. General Manager is expected to train and develop team to achieve maximum productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet store sales goals and ensure store KPI's are above company standard
- Provide exceptional customer service and guarantee all team members are embodying company selling culture
- Manage store client and consignment programs to increase profitability
- Develop in store events and incentives to increase customer base
- Ensure selling staff is fluent in all product knowledge
- Maintain an active sales floor presence to assist and coach staff in developing strong client relationships
- Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
- Develop and implement employee performance evaluations and improvement plans
- Conduct regular store meetings
- Ensure integrity of payroll and the payroll process
- Ensure image and grooming standards are reflective of the brand
- Implement and maintain all merchandising directives to company standard
- Identify and communicate product concerns to the appropriate parties
- Communicate inventory needs to support the business
- Monitor organization and upkeep of both the front and back of house
- Ensure LP and cash control procedures are followed including: bank deposits, petty cash, risk management, physical security, store cash, inventory, and inter-store transfers
- Build and maintain communication with members of the corporate office, Operations Manager, District Manager, Training Manager, and Director of Retail
