Through our digital platforms (Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS, Nike Running Club & Nike Training Club), Nike Direct's Global Digital Platform Operations (GDPO) team fuels and scales digital experiences across the globe in service of our geographies. The GDPO App & Membership team helps deliver millions of Nike member benefits, unique brand experiences and personalized communications to members across the globe each week helping Nike provide a world class experience for its members.

Premium service to members is a top priority for Nike. To deliver on that commitment, we need a Global App & Membership Planning Operations Manager to join us! We seek a high potential individual who is results oriented, excels at relationship management, obsesses the details and possesses extraordinary communication skills. The ideal candidate has the ability to lead and coordinate across a broad set of partners and has a knack for process improvement. You are an innovative problem solver and able to seamlessly move between forward thinking and tactical implementation. Your skills with project management help you advance the concurrent tracks of work on your plate.
What Will You Work On
There are two primary accountabilities for the Global App & Membership Planning Operations Manager.
First, you will lead and manage processes related to the planning, scheduling and publishing of app and email member communications across all Nike Geographies. You will aggregate geography member communications plans to compile a comprehensive global view, helping to identify and triage risks and activating support plans as necessary. The processes you manage help ensure Nike is able to deliver the right message to the right members at the right time.
Second, you will play a critical role in bringing new digital app and membership features to life by ensuring that Global and Geo business partners have line of sight to support the activation of new capabilities created by our partners in Nike Digital Product. This work involves contributing to requirements, estimating both Global and Geo operational effort, and informing go to market plans and operational work-back schedules.
Who Will You Work With
This is the Nike matrix: You will report to the Director of Global Digital Platform Operations for Launch and Membership. You will be a key partner within a highly cross-functional team, coordinating across partners in Nike Digital Product, Technology, Member Growth, Digital Operations and Content Publishing and Authoring.


What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training, preferably with a focus in business
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital
- Solid project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tracks of work simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A results oriented mentality with a commitment to hitting deadlines
- A team oriented attitude; prioritizing and leading team success
- Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- An ability to work and learn independently and collaboratively on complementary teams
