Position: Global Art Director, (with Digital expertise)
SkinCeuticals is a historically, medical-channel skincare brand. We provide evidence-based skincare products and services across all channels of distribution. We are the antioxident authority in our industry. The creative team provides brand visual expression and guidance in partnership with marketing strategy to our global markets(countries).
ROLE:
- The primary role is to maintain and evolve the brand's visual expression across all media channels (retail, ecomm, social, marketing and edu)
- Additionally, serve as the creative dept leader and expert in all things digital/social.
- Work together with fellow art directors to manage designers and resources on projects
- Partner with project leads in other depts: marketing, digital, retail, and edu to carry projects thru to asset release.
- Manage, mentor and upskill designers in digital.

Profile

- Must have experience in and fundamental understanding of digital design and production: know what works, what doesn't and what are best practices.
- Understand mobile/desktop responsive design and its production specs
- Understand and can execute to rapidly changing ecom/social assets that's on brand, and relevant, in this fast-paced, ever-changing channels.
- Have experience in type and design fundamentals
- Expert and experience in print design/production
- Proactive and intuitive
- Capable of working and leading efficiently in a fluid and growing team
- Keeping level-headed under pressure
- Creatively fluent in ecomm, social media, photography and video
- Always open to learning and challenging one's own habits and routines
- Possess an open attitude and collaborative style with cross functional teams.Technical:
- Adobe suites (INDD, PSD, AI, AE, PR, XD)
- MS Suites (Word, XL, PPT)
- Other relevant digital apps Responsibilities:
- Create and lead creative concepts for campaigns, pre-production, production and post production
- Manage our Global IG creative work social media, which typically includes video/editing, photography, and design with understanding that we make assets that can be used across all channels.
- Able to bring the right brand-appropriate creative ideas from concept to execution for assigned campaigns.
- Oversees the design and production process for all creative assets for campaigns
- Manage multiple projects and designers.EXPERIENCE
- Creative agency experience in launching and maintaining websites
- Understand UX/UI
- Strong concepting and art direction presentation skills
- Fundamental creative production expertise in digital and social media
- Art directed shoots and video
- Managed designers
