The Global Consumer construct (Mens/Womens/Kids) is the Global Marketing function responsible for unlocking our ability to serve the athlete* holistically across the spectrum of performance & lifestyle. Our goal is to know & serve athletes* motivations & needs, so we can unlock the power of sport for every athlete*.
We're looking for a Brand Manager of Kids Brand Management to join our Beaverton based team to help create the future of sport and engage kids in sport and play.
This role will support the development of marketing strategies and plans that will fuel daily engagement and relationships with the Nike Kids / Parents consumer through innovation storytelling, content & activity programming designed to help make sport* a daily habit.
The candidate should have a comprehensive grasp of the kid's digital landscape (across web, apps and social media) along with the ability to lead multiple tasks and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization.
If this is you, you will work with the Kids brand management, Creative and Production teams to develop content and programming designed to get kids active and product marketing storytelling to elevate features and benefits of Nike's innovation for Kids. You will work across Global, Geos and Key cities to ensure that our work connects with consumers around the world and serves the needs of the global marketplace.
As the Global Brand Manager - Kids, you will:
- Partner with our Brand Directors to lead Brand Marketing plans & key consumer experiences including marketing briefs and strategic tools, to fuel our seasonal initiatives and long-term consumer concept.
- Lead seasonal go-to-market plans for priority stories, coordinating across teams to drive efficiency, alignment and to power the integrated marketplace through product marketing excellence
- Contribute to the ideation and drive the execution of engagement strategies and activation ideas to help Kids discover, fall in love and remain engaged in Sports.
- Develop integrated marketing plans for segment/dimension/concepts in partnership with Men's/Women's constructs
- Support Brand Directors on operational deliverables for key internal checkpoints including shepherding the creative process of seasonal stories from brief through to Geo hand off
As the Global Brand Manager - Kids, you will report directly into the Sr. Director, Global Brand Marketing - Kids.
You will work within a team of Global Brand Management Directors and Managers to co-create a future playground where all Kids can play sport.
You will collaborate with teammates across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to inspire and connect with Kids and Families around the world.
You will also collaborate and partner with the following key internal and external partners:
- Consumer Direct Marketing
- Brand Defining, Athletes & Purpose
- Catalyst Marketing
- Brand Creative
- Product & Merchandising
- Geo Marketing Teams
- Agency & Production partners
Finally, in this role, you will be an agile part of a global team and play a critical role of creating an inclusive and positive working environment.


- Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- +4 Years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, with an understanding of Media and Digital platforms
- An ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction
- An understanding of media, gaming and digital platforms (ie. YouTube, Roblox, & TikTok) and kid consumption trends within the broader web, app and video landscape
- Proven track record to drive and deliver results, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships.
- Exceptional task management across multiple work streams with attention to detail
- Experience on Kids specific brands desired
- A passion for sport & play combined with the desire to gets Kids to discover, fall in love and remain engaged in sport
