Job description

The Global Consumer construct (Mens/Womens/Kids) is the Global Marketing function responsible for unlocking our ability to serve the athlete* holistically across the spectrum of performance & lifestyle.
Our goal is to know & serve athletes* motivations & needs, so we can unlock the power of sport for every athlete*! The consumer construct will facilitate focus on where we have the biggest growth potential - Women & Kids.
We will fuel engagement through long-term consumer concepts & seasonal stories to help make sport* a daily habit!
We drive authenticity through our key dimensions (e.g. Basketball, Football, Running, Classics) while creating the agility needed to serve the broadening definition of Sport* across both the lifestyle & performance segments.
We're looking for a Global Brand Manager for the Men's Sport Performance team.
This role is responsible for the supporting the strategic direction & execution of the Fitness Dimension across the consumer construct. Supports & drives content, community, activity & product deliverables across dimension/gender in partnership with the Creative & Digital Product Teams, co-ordinating and collaborating across Global and Geography teams to drive efficiency + alignment.
As the Global Men's Fitness Brand Manager, you will:
- Contribute to the development of annual brand plan for Fitness & Progress LTCC in partnership with M/W/K teams.
- Partner with Brand Director Fitness to deliver comprehensive seasonal plans for Fitness that contributes to the overall Perf Brand Plan. Create key consumer journeys/stories across key modalities within the Fitness space.
- Partner with product merchandising to support product positioning, navigation and naming.
- Supports marketing plan/Seasonal Story for Fitness/Progress LTCC/
- Support the briefing and management of key O2O member journeys/flywheel inventory to hand off to geo teams to support daily engagement and retention for all key approaches (by gender/dimension/LTCC).
- Support product positioning and navigation for direct (O2O)
- Leads/supports Geo seasonal communications and deliverables hand-off
- Serves as a specialist within the M/W/K construct teams on the Fitness consumer, future trends & areas of opportunity and partners closely with the Consumer Insights team to identify and action against insights.
As the Global Men's Fitness Brand Manager, you will report directly into the Global Men's Sr. Director of Sport Performance, while working day-to-day with the Global Men's Director of Fitness.
You will work alongside a team of other Global Brand management directors and managers that, with you, will collectively build the future of sport through a unified Men's Sport Performance plan.
You will collaborate with teammates across the Nike Consumer construct in the Men's, Women's and Kids team, to build a more comprehensive approach to serve Athletes* more holistically.

+5 Years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, an understanding of Media and Digital platforms, global perspective/experience and a proven ability to support, drive and deliver results. You'll also have a proven ability to collaborate, to build, develop and inspire teams.
