Job description

We're looking for a Global Brand Management Manager for the Women's Sports Lifestyle team.
As Global Lifestyle Brand Manager you will be responsible for managing strategic brand plans, seasonal marketing deliverables, and driving functional excellence within the Global and Geography teams. Lead & drive marketing deliverables across dimension/gender in partnership with the Brand Creative, Digital and Product Teams, co-ordinating and collaborating to drive efficiency + alignment for all partners.
The candidate should have a comprehensive grasp of the global youth community, youth sports/lifestyle culture and sneaker cultural landscapes along with the ability to lead multiple projects and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. You should bring a digital skillset in the heart of your experiences and an understanding of all functions of marketing.
You should be comfortable with ambiguity and be ready to dig in, work collaboratively and bring a positive attitude always.
You should be solution oriented, team first collaborator, energy giver, strategic vision and digital thinking, passionate about sport, empathetic and curious to learn.
As the Global Brand Manager - Women's Lifestyle, you will:
- Partner with our Brand Directors to lead brand marketing plans and key consumer concepts including marketing briefs, strategic tools and marketing initiatives that fuel our seasonal initiatives and long-term consumer concepts
- Work across global, geos and cities to drive a robust concept map and continually build new, digital-first consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth opportunities internally and externally
- Partner with Men's/ Women's/Kids construct, to deliver a comprehensive sports Lifestyle Brand Plan. Create key consumer journeys/stories across the dimensions within Lifestyle
- Partner with Director on seasonal marketing for key seasonal stories - Co-ordinating across teams to drive efficiency + alignment
- Partner with product merchandising to support product positioning, navigation and naming
- Shepherd the creative process of seasonal stories from brief through to geo hand-off
As the Global Brand Manager - Women's Lifestyle, you will report directly into the Sr. Director, Global Brand Marketing - Women's Lifestyle.
You will work alongside a team of other Global Brand Managers that with you, will collectively build the future of sport through a unified Women's Sports Lifestyle plan.
You will collaborate with teammates across the Nike Consumer construct in the Women and Kids team, to build a more comprehensive approach to serve Athletes* more holistically.
You will also collaborate and partner with the following key stakeholders:
- Consumer Direct Marketing
- Brand Defining, Athletes & Purpose
- Catalyst Marketing
- Creative
- Insights
- Product Merchandising
- Planning
- GEO Consumer Construct Segment Teams


4+ years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, deep understanding of Media and Digital platforms. Global perspective/experience. Proven ability to drive and deliver results. Proven ability to collaborate, to build, develop and inspire teams.
