Global DTC, Manager, BackPocket Product Owner

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about leading change to join our Global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Omnichannel team. In this role, you will lead specific Global Omnichannel projects across our DTC channels globally (both Owned & Operated and Franchise Partners).

You will need to manage overall project deliverables from conception to adoption, determine the future-state Omnichannel consumer experience, lead requirements development with a diverse team, obtain alignment on important decisions, deliver the capability to a market and determine and monitor success. You will need to collaborate with a large cross-functional group within the organization.

About the Job

  • Lead and deliver global omnichannel projects that impact our business across different markets
  • Determine omnichannel use cases and experiences to engage, inspire, and connect Levi's consumers that are consistent with our brand and deliver compelling consumer experiences
  • Develop business case creation and approval process, identify essential performance indicators (KPIs) and manage and track success of project
  • Define future state requirements and store operating processes for project
  • Define rollout, training, and implementation plans to guide adoption and utilization that will meet expected outcomes
  • Structure and conduct analysis to inform important questions for project; gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders and partners to ensure they are well-informed of Global DTC Omnichannel strategies and priorities
About You

  • Build out product backlog for existing capabilities and product roadmaps for new capabilities
  • Be able understand technical complexity of features being put onto the backlog and partner with the engineering and data science teams to make the right technical trade-off's
  • Leverage understanding of back-end technical systems (e.g., EOM, CDH, HANA, Microservices, etc.) to liaise effectively amongst Business and IT teams: brainstorming solutions, managing and evaluating technical tradeoffs, translating technical dependencies, and troubleshooting roadblocks
  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance quick wins vs. platform investments appropriately and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
  • Translate business pain points / problems into technical solutions; lead the process to discover, develop/build, test and ultimately deliver the technical solution. Manage active dialogue with engineering teams to provide solution development guidance with business priority and impact in mind.
  • Provide specific input / sign-off during each step of the development process to ensure the solution meets business & end-user needs and manage tradeoffs where necessary.
  • Manage the rollout of a program from pilot to scale: drive both business-related activities such as Business Requirement documentation and User Acceptance Testing, as well as technical activities like issue triage and root cause analysis, requiring close coordination with Production Support, Engineering, and external vendors across Omnichannel programs
  • Manage cross-functional development team towards product build, participating in daily standups, and leading sprint planning and refinement sessions
  • Coordinate with product partners on cross functional teams to align roadmaps, resourcing, and release dates
