Job description

Functions of Job:
The global marketing manager of kits and promotions will support all marketing functions of promotional programs such as Holiday, Mothers Day, always on kits and GWPs.
Key responsibilities include leading program development, establishing set strategy & executions, supporting in concept ideas & brainstorming, and managing artwork & launch deliverables.
Specific Job Responsibilities/Accountability:
- Ideation and concept creation
- Lead concepting, based on market trends and themes specific to promotional periods
- Manage Holiday and Mother's Day competitive reports and share new launches, interesting instore activity and campaigns
- Issue brand analysis from internal sales reports
- Project management
- Own promotional programs end-to-end, including: Holiday, Mother's Day, Skincare Sets, Gift With Purchase
- Lead & track key development milestones based on CPS
- Create & maintain deliverables for new development: prepare NPDRs (new product briefs), perform cost of goods analyses and share recommendations, prepare IRC/code requests
- Recommend configurations on promo sets based on program strategy, hero products, and budget
- Oversee design and packaging executions
- Lead artwork process for programs including copy sheets creation and artwork review
- Manage financial & project tracking through gates process: updating inputs & reporting program acceptability
- Lead briefs for campaign, merchandising, and all other launch assets
- Other team support
- Support Sr. Director on presentation preparation (NPD pulls, presentation slides, competitive products, etc)
- Support team in getting product comps made and invoices approved

Profile

- 5+ years marketing experience
- Candidate brings enthusiasm and curiosity for the beauty industry
- Team player and excellent project management skills together with the ability to work across functional areas (sales, marketing, operations, finance, management, etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with different cultures, highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPointEducation: Bachelor's degree
