About the Job
As a Group Product Manager on Levi's Product & Experience team, you will be at the center of delivering on our mission to provide a superior shopping experience. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you will oversee a team of Product Managers in defining the strategy of our core customer journey, converting that strategy to a roadmap, and delivering it. You'll oversee core elements of Product Details Page (PDP), Customer Reviews, and Fit & Sizing and partner with teams across multiple customer touch points to ensure a personalized user experience. Your team will shape the way our customers interact with our digital shopping technology.
You won't be alone in your endeavors; rather, you'll partner with experts in Design, Insights, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams across the globe to transform your strategy into a product that scales globally. You will consider local customer needs, cultural nuance, and competitive insights to help our business grow.
Responsibilities
- You will develop the product vision and oversee the budget and roadmap
- Manage a team of 2+ product managers who will tactically execute the roadmap
- Work with leadership and several cross-functional teams to enhance consumer shopping experiences through technology.
- Present product plans, benefits and results to senior leadership, external partners, and other large audiences.
- Be able understand technical complexity of features being put onto the backlog and partner with the engineering and data science teams to make the right technical trade-offs.
- Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance quick wins vs. platform investments, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
- Manage feature health, analyze consumer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points.
- Navigate decision-making using data, benchmarks, and business objectives as guides
- Distill complicated technical topics to a broader audience
- Balance the use and integration of third-party solutions for quick delivery of goals
- Roll up sleeves as necessary to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality features
- Coach and develop other team members

Profile

- 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, e-commerce, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field.
- 4+ years experience performing quantitative analysis for a technology company
- Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics, or other quantitative fields
- Experience in the areas of upper funnel (Homepage, Search, PLP, PDP, Reviews, Fit and Size) is helpful
- Natural desire to improve product functionality, design, and user experience
- Experience managing teams with matrixed reporting
