FOREO has an immediate need for an inspirational, talented and hands-on Head of Business Development, Oral Care to join our award-winning Las Vegas, NV team. Position Overview The Head of Business Development, Oral Care is responsible for all aspects of the Oral Care development which manages all multi-door, strategic retail-channel partnerships in North America. The Oral Care division includes Omni, Brick and Mortar, E-commerce, Television, and Off-Price Sales Channel retailers, and requires a lean and multi-talented sales team to develop and execute retail growth strategies. In this role the Head of Business Development, Oral Care is responsible for managing and inspiring the Business Development sales team, identifying growth strategies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to execute on these strategies. To be successful the incumbent must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and bring leadership abilities, refined presentation skills, advanced sales analytics, and strategic thinking. Essential Job Functions:
Sales Plan Achievement & Reporting (50%):
- New Business Development
- Expand and manage sales channel for FOREO Oral Care range ISSA into new sales channels (i.e., Henry Schein, Benco dental distribution, Costco)
- Work alongside existing Business Development managers to analyze the Oral Care department of their accounts
- Reports on Sales Plan Revenue Targets by Division, employee and account
- Reports on Profitability Targets by Division and Account to reflect key indicators including:
- Coop Marketing Spend
- Vendor Funded Markdowns
- RTV/DIFReporting, Strategy and Execution (40%):
- Business development/Professional Growth activities:
- 1 on 1 calls with direct reports
- Team call
- Sales Team Meeting
- Report on Sales Updates, "A" Account Updates, Key Issues
- Report on Sell-In/Sell-Out and P&L reports by Division
- Execute New Product Launch, Events, Promo Calendar, Creative, DMU and Marcom
- Cross department collaboration with respective department heads of Strategy, Creative, PR, EDU, HR, Operations/Fulfillment, Finance and Pro Channel to ensure strategic goals, projects and daily operations are aligned
- Strategic Planning and Market Opportunity Analysis
- Regional Execution of Strategic Goals as Defined by the General Manager and Global Office
- New Business Development: Open new retail accounts including negotiation of commercial terms
- Issue Resolution: First level of escalation should issues arise with Retail PartnersRelationship Management (10%):
- Direct relationship activity with "A" Account stakeholders
- Attend Market meetings with all accounts with strategic importance
- Report on Quarterly relationship strategies for BDM
- Monitor and report on BDM relationships and identify At Risk Accounts
- Attend all business-critical PR events, trade shows, market meetings and other special eventsDay-to-day management of Oral Care Sales Team:
- Recruitment and selection of the Oral Care Sales Force including Oral Care Managers, Oral Care Coordinators and/or Sales Support Associates
- Professional Development of the Oral Care Team - leads, coaches, and develops talent to support all objectives, sales goals and company growth
- Demand planning and execution for new product launches and promotional activities
- Review and approve all department expenses, including travel
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the jobKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Existing relationships and experience managing prestige beauty and fashion retailers in North America preferred
- Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- High attention to details, and organization
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, sales or business required
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in business development or account management of a prestige beauty brand (or related) industry
- 3+ years Management and Cross Functional Partnerships
- Proven experience in sales analytics, market opportunity analysis and strategic planning
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing to all levels of personnel
- Ability to work a flexible and remote schedule (work hours will be based on business needs)

- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of time

- Sufficient vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in hand-written forms, and printed on papers
- Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
