Job description

- Serve as primary point of contact for corporate employee inquiries on HR-related topics
- Support HR on-boarding, conduct new hire touch bases, and support new leader assimilation for Senior leaders
- Support HR leadership with employee relations/performance management issues inclusive of conducting internal investigations, partnership with Loss Prevention, and performing terminations in partnership with the Legal department
- Assist HR leadership and business leaders with Annual Performance Review Process and Mid-Year Conversations
- Conduct exit interviews of voluntary terminations, report and analyze trends and help to recommend solutions
- Maintain and update organizational charts, open to hire reports, and manage special requests as it relates to HR reporting/organizational charts
- Act as a liaison for employees on Payroll and Benefits issues in partnership with the Payroll and Total Rewards Departments
- Troubleshoot inquiries from employees and utilize resources with the company to pro-actively find solutions
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of policy and procedure, as needed
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with clients and cross-functional partners
- Support company-wide global HR initiatives; partner cross functionally with Centers of Expertise


You are energetic, collaborative, have strong communication, and possess a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are curious and have a passion for providing coaching and counseling to employees and leaders. You have experience handling employee relations, investigations, performance management and ensuring management and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Experience in handling employee relations issues and dealing with labor laws
- Knowledge and practical application of all HR discipline and practices
- Well-developed written presentation, organization, and editing skills
