Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in SoHo, New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand' infamous aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.

Job description

As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
The majority of the day will be spent on your feet, styling and influencing our customers across our busy shop floors, but there will also be an opportunity to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and clienteling.
You will work closely with your management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections to our customers and ensure our stores are looking fabulous at all times.
You will be provided with great training tools and product knowledge, and it will be up to you to make the most of it, learning and developing in brand where opportunities to further progress in a career with AllSaints are there for the taking.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Ensure the Brand integrity of the Company is reflected at all times.
- HR Specialist will be a partner to the distribution center leadership team by providing strategic and objective guidance regarding employee relations, performance management and leadership development.
- Previous experience with employee relations and performance management processes, with ability to make valued recommendations to managers. Review documentation and provide guidance as needed.
- Experience with investigating harassment, discrimination, wage & hour, and other work-related claims.
- Intake and review leave of absence requests, and partnering with the Benefits Specialist on leave eligibility through the interactive process.
- Train and uphold workplace accident procedure, and ensure appropriate documentation and timely follow-up on all workers compensation claims.
- Collaborative in approach and build trust-based relationships with corporate partners, distribution center managers and employees to ensure an open door policy.
- Help identify areas for learning & development and workplace health & safety, provide recommendations/resources to management
- Respond to inquiries and requests from employees regarding policies, payroll, handbook, benefits, employment verifications, and any other inquiries.
- Review, implement and ensure we always meet our legal compliance obligations (both federal and state-specific)
- Support People and Culture strategy/policy/process, recommend improvements as needed, and work with the People & Culture management to implement
- Accountable for HRIS and ATS upkeep, which includes auditing systems and ensuring teams are well versed in our Company platforms.
- Recruitment Process- At times will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting warehouse staff, provide offer letters, and ensure employees are set up once hired.
- Assists in training projects and team initiatives including Ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by Head of Logistics & Distribution.
- Must act with utmost discretion in delivering/relaying sensitive departmental/employee information.

Profile

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Human Resources Specialist in a distribution center, required
- Bachelor's degree required, PHR/SPHR preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, strongly preferred
- Must be well versed in federal and state regulations, including but not limited to wage & hour, EEOC, leave of absences, risk management, employee investigations and EDD/Benefit claims.
- Acts with integrity at all times and is able to keep confidential information.
- Must be proficient with Google platforms (Sheets, Keep, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) particularly in Excel with the ability to successfully utilize pivot tables and data functions such as VLOOKUP
- Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt
- Driven to learn and grow, grasp new concepts quickly, prioritizes efficiently and is organized
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation when speaking to all levels, from executives to team members
- Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail needed and ability to meet deadlines
- Works with pace and takes initiative on projects and assignments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize when being given multiple assignments at once
- Must be a self-starter, energetic, and have a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Must be available to work on-site in the Bolingbrook distribution center for a minimum of three days a week, with additional days as needed.
