Job description

Provides ongoing support to all associates and ensures compliance of all federal, state, and local regulations regarding employment practices. Responsibilities include overseeing the Systems Education training schedule and market the classes appropriately. Responsible for running reports of attendance, sending class reminders, and facilitating all System Education classes both live and via web conference. The assistant HR manager oversees the monthly New Hire Orientation program.

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and two years related experience and/or training.
