Job description

The Manager, Human Resources for Bath and Body Works serves as a business partner to field leaders. This role contributes to the success of the organization by understanding the business priorities and collaborating with field leaders to drive and support talent strategies and ensures a consistent approach to all HR practices across the stores organization. Typically supports 2 regions and reports to the Sr. Manager, Stores HR.
Must possess the ability to:
· Collaborate with business partners to develop and support regional talent strategies.
· Ensure succession plans and retention strategies are in place for key markets/positions.
· Partner and guide business leaders to support effective performance management processes.
· Ensure consistent application of policies, practices and company values.
· Build capabilities of field leaders within Regions regarding talent, associates relations trends, and overall organization health of markets.
· Facilitate New Manager Assimilations for District leaders.
· Conduct Exit interviews with all departing field leaders; provide recaps highlighting trends or particular areas of interest/risk.
· Participate in the interviews of all new field leaders and ensure effective onboarding plans are in place.
· Provide facilitation support (Onboarding, Compliance related initiatives, Sexual Harassment, etc.)
· Influence and implement compliance related initiatives that impact stores.
· Manage Regions specific legal trends/issues.

Profile

* 5 to 7 years of proven human resources
* Strong communication skills
* Retail background highly preferred
* Outstanding associate relations expertise
* High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
* Proven relationship-building skills
* Ability to analyze business needs and craft practices and specific solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
*25-30% travel required
