Job description

Job Summary She/He is responsible for creating and implementing winning differentiation strategies in EMEA, UK, LATAM and Australia in close collaboration with Global brand functions (Global Marketing, Global Education & Event, Global SD/VM, GBSC), ELC Regional teams and certain Retailers. She/He will support any business decision with analyses and market data and will ensure all marketing plans are successfully executed in market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Collaboratively develop a 3-year strategic plan for/with the regions Drive regional assortment strategy: innovation maximization, hero acceleration, sub-category opportunities, sampling priorities, travel size & value set needs, sku rationalization Lead trade marketing differentiation initiatives across channels, categories, KSM & Ensure successful execution Build regional consumer engagement plans and tactics to win in market Develop regional education programs adapted to local consumer needs Pilot distribution models to align with regional strategic priorities Analytics: Supported by analyses, make strategic recommendations to seize market opportunities & inform Regional strategies Collect and analyze sales trends, category shifts, COG changes, market intelligence Set KPI for each program and NPL & Review product launch performance Define regional pricing strategy, COG minded, to drive profitable growth Responsible for Regional Demand Plan Relevancy & Control DVFR below 5% by region Direct Markets Specifics: Australia (Mecca), Columbia & Chile (Blush Bar, Falabella) Drive retailer relationships to create impactful business strategies and gain alignment on key strategic initiatives Build impactful marketing action plans leveraging the strength of key platforms & programs to achieve sales targets Pilot P&L and Track Investments with International VP and International Marketing Director Q

Profile

Desired Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management Minimum 5-10 years of retail marketing or consulting experience, preferably in cosmetics industry and in relation with international markets Show strong strategic thinking and leadership Drive to push forward with objectives Proficient at sales analysis, business planning and execution Must possess strong analytical skills Ability to make decision in complex situation Ability to multi-task and work under pressure effectively & efficiently Organized and detail oriented in both managing tasks and budget tracking Must be able to travel approximately 20% of time both domestically and internationally. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Self-motivated, committed, tenacious and goal-oriented Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spirit Team player with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic "can-do" attitude
