Job description

  • Collaborate with North American Sales teams and the Project Management Office (PMO) to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance).


  • Facilitate the investment intake process and the high-level planning and execution of Wholesale Sales initiatives through the use of technology.


  • Identify, screen, and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs.



    • Partner with IT Centers of Expertise (PMO, Development Operations, Networking, Retail IT) to align their work with the business and deliver seamless services that meet regional and global standards


    • Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps for the Wholesale Sales functions


    • Collaborate with management to develop annual project budgets for the Wholesale Sales functions

Profile

  • 3+ years of IT and Business/Industry work experience including experience in a wholesale sales environment

  • Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.)

  • Experience in strategic planning, business development or client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units.

  • Broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to influence






  • Ability to solve problems, identify solutions that drive change and growth while enabling efficiencies
