Position Summary: An experienced senior Project Manager with 5 years or more experience to lead and deliver on strategic and operational projects directly impacting two of four global ELC Functions including Corporate Citizenship & Sustainability, Communications, Public Affairs and Inclusion & Diversity. Reporting directly to IT Lead, the PM should be expert in standard portfolio and project management methodologies, PPM tools and PM artifacts. This position requires working independently driving and holding multi-discipline teams accountable for delivering the projects with quality, collaborating with subject matter experts, and effectively removing barriers to project success. Requires 5 years or more of industry and business domain expertise in two global corporate ELC Functions, corporate, data and digital system to address complex, fast-moving business needs and align with IT digital transformation. Job Description: 1.Lead and drive execution via project management for the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and satisfaction of multiple initiatives and project deliveries 2.Provide project management and direction to a project team and stakeholders for project planning, requirements, execution, budget, schedule and risk management 3.Provide project management for Function application day-to-day operations and enhancement needs 4.Responsible for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation 5.Responsible for resource modelling 6.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget 7.Manage risk exposure across multiple projects 8.Report on financial data for multiple Functions and projects 9.Prepare and deliver effective presentations and reporting as required 10.Identify key project risks and manage to ensure the delivery of business goals 11.Able to expertly handle projects with global reach, stakeholders and localized functionality and language by geography 12.Ensure timely PMO and business project status and communications are delivered 13.Proactive influencer and driver of project management best practices and PMO processes 14.A self-starter, proven in building project plans and governance who can work without daily over sight 15.A proactive and strong communicator with good professional networking and stakeholder management skills that can influence across peers, teams, internal clients and other departments 16.Tenacious, with excellent follow up and attention to detail. 17.Excellent analytical skills and capability to convert information to actionable goals 18.A presence that projects professional gravitas, openness and leadership alongside the ability to establish credibility, trust and be decisive 19.Results and action oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations in decision making recognizing and supporting the organization's brand and regional preferences and priorities 20.Able to thrive in fast paced and dynamic environments.
Job Requriements & Qualifications: 1.Educated to degree level, preferably in relevant subject or discipline (PMP preferred). 2.Must have previous experience delivering global IT programs and multi-year initiatives, specifically corporate digital services, preferably in blue chip global company. 3.Strong expertise and demonstrated success in two Functions domains to support the position including either Global Communications Public Affairs or Sustainability & Citizenship Inclusion & Diversity 4.Minimum 5 years' experience in project management implementations of corporate digital initiatives 5.Good technical skills and demonstrated experience in: a.Web, mobile and social technology b.Content management systems c.sage metrics and measurement d.Corporate employee portals and key line of business systems e.Data and analytics systems and tools 6.Experience working in multi-cultural, multiple brand global companies across diverse geography utilizing managed service providers 7.Excellent communication skills. Able to produce clear and concise executive-level presentations and reporting. 8.Expert at Portfolio management and managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously across a diverse set of technologies 9.Strong client-facing, relationship management and presentation skills 10.Experience with process improvement and digital transformation is a must 11.Ability to manage the day-to-day and think strategically 12.Experience managing employee or consultant resources 13.Experience managing projects using standard project management methodologies and best practices including the ability to use standard project management artifacts 14.Experience managing, tracking, and reporting project financials 15.Experience in global project delivery a must
