- Support Entertainment Marketing partnerships and programs for PUMA.
- Work cross-functionally with Business Units, Central Marketing and Regional Marketing teams on entertainment and talent partnerships tied to key product and priority brand initiatives.
- Manage, track and support execution of assigned talent's contractual deliverables including photoshoots, social rollouts, press requests, etc. according to the marketing and activation plans.
- Handle assigned talent's administrative needs such as tracking expenses, invoice processing, securing product, booking travel, etc.
- Support in pitching new partners and building materials for those pitches; build deal memos/offers and support in contract negotiations alongside PUMA's legal team.
- Coordinate seedings of priority products to talent, influencers, and industry contacts.
- Secure meaningful placement of PUMA product on talent in line with seasonal brand priorities.
- Work cross functionally to maximize placements and talent relationships via integrated communications (ie. Social, Digital and PR)
- Build relationships with talent and industry contacts (stylists, publicists and managers, record labels, etc.)
- Identify and help to secure relevant entertainment partnerships/opportunities that drive value for the PUMA brand and its business.
- Create and execute communication of entertainment placement results, KPI tracking and wrap up reports.
- Attend, work, and report on entertainment events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.
- 3 year's experience in Entertainment Marketing and Partnership management (prior experience with footwear or streetwear brands a plus).
- Passion for and knowledge of music/fashion/entertainment and sneaker culture.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, time management skills.
- Dependable and responsible with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong work ethic; Self-motivated; Fast learner.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
- Travel & occasional weekend hours are likely.
