- Plan and execute effective paid search strategies that are measurable and trackable
- Launch and optimize text ads, displays, and video campaigns within Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Determine audience targeting, pull and upload lists, and monitor their performance
- Research keywords and conduct placement & market research to make additions to new and existing campaigns
- Monitor daily searches and trends on high priority keywords (i.e. brand and non- branded terms)
- Monitor budgets daily and adjust to ensure target KPI's are hit and scale profitable ads
- Adjust bids, keyword statuses and negative keywords to gain better ROI
- Responsible for the development of all ad content as well as recommendations for advanced tactics such as site links, callouts, snippets, etc. and where the use of those would be most appropriate
- Monitor auction insights, campaign trends, and consumer behavior to ensure maximum impression share
- Analyze data and draw actionable insights that can be leveraged across all digital channels
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, covering all search media channels and performance data
- Track KPIs to assess performance, pinpoint issues, and measure against marketing objectives
- 1-3 years of experience in managing Google and Bing Paid Search Engine Marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Google/Bing Certification strongly encouraged, but not required
- Experience with programmatic media platforms preferred, but not required
- Fundamental knowledge of Google Analytics and/or any other reporting platforms
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns or activations simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Fashion/Lifestyle/Footwear and retail/brand experience considered a plus
- A positive attitude and desire to learn
