Kiehl's Since 1851 is a group within the L'Oréal Luxe Division at L'Oréal USA. Kiehl's Since 1851 was founded as an old-world apothecary in New York's Lower East Side neighborhood. The ideal candidate will own inputs and aspects of the Site Experience strategy. This role drives collaboration and influences multiple levels of leadership to execute on the following key deliverables & responsibilities:
- Optimizing the brand's user experience strategy across our Digital Content and global e-Boutiques.
- Owning the on-site consumer journey, designed to provide a best-in-class experience for customers.
- Creating a plan to seamlessly guide users down the consumer journey funnel from acquisition to final conversion, designing and presenting user flows, taxonomies and wireframes that communicate recommended user experience.
- Working cross functionally with the Creative UX/UI designer elaborating wireframe functional user interfaces based on business requirements and provide recommendations based on user studies and industry best practices.
- Monitoring industry trends and identifying usage scenarios for A/B user testing and/or constant site optimizations.
- Providing UX expertise on new NGL product feature contributions for the Kiehl's Brand Layer.
- Overseeing the brand's asset management process and the development of product detail pages for the brand's .COM business.
- Driving UX/UI excellence to increase conversion, synthesizing key learnings and insights from consumer site behavior to inform a feedback loop with Marketing, Education, Creative and other DMI partners.
- Incorporating SEO enhancements within our site's framework to help drive and convert site traffic into sales.
- Analyzing KPIs/customer journeys to monitor and maximize effectiveness/ROI of both existing capabilities and new initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights into actionable items that can improve our eCommerce strategy.

Profile

- 7-10+ years working in site experience
- College Degree
- Expert knowledge and skilled with data, data management, data activation and statistics, particularly as it relates to eCommerce and consumer analytics, testing platforms.
- Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners
- Strong computer skills necessary with heavy focus on site optimization & web developer tools.
- Passion for user-centric design; commitment to research, competitive analysis, user/stakeholder reviews, analytics and un-biased recommendations in a highly collaborative environment.
- Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and direct-to-consumer marketing principles
- Ability to lead presentations and effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
- Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Open to new ideas and actively builds networks to achieve goals
- Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker
