Job description

Execution and delivery of the Americas Zone Digital Services roadmap in partnership with Global CDO, local CMO, Business Division and Brand leads, and other Digital IT teams.
Reports into AVP, Head of Services & Innovation
10 Hudson Yards
(all employees have returned to a hybrid work model- three days in the office & two days work from home)
Job Functions:
- Ownership of Americas Service rollout tracker
- Collaboration with Digital Services Factory in Paris and local operations leads (CDO, CMO) to establish Digital Services integration roadmap for the Americas: US, CAN and LATAM
- Develop and maintain the ongoing collaborative relationship with:
- Digital Services Factory team for on-boarding service requests from brands and align on timelines for services activation in the pipeline for each zone.
- Global IT to ensure that all required integration APIs and connectors are deployed for each integration
- Brands on service request, both on DMI and country level to validate the need for each service and digital strategy behind the request
- Manage execution of the services integration and delivering Operational Excellence through:
- Participating in data mapping sessions, reviews of service integration designs and related activities
- Communicate any risks, concerns, and challenges to the IT stakeholders, business, and senior management
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and committed to a project timeline. Also, confirming that the teams are clear regarding all short (service integration) and long-term goals (CRM integration)
- Guiding business on service integration readiness criteria with respect to CRM integrations
- Working with CDO & CMO teams to ensure brand meets all the CRM and legal pre-requisites
- Participate in daily stand-ups to discuss progress and any integration roadblocks
- Analyze and resolve technical and integration problems/roadblocks during the implementation phase
- Strong continuous improvement initiatives with all IT stakeholders, i.e. effective processes, improved dataflow design, and lean initiatives
- Service tagging (Analytics) - Ensure all services are properly tagged:
- Work with DMI, DSF service owner and Global Analytics to ensure GA tagging was implemented/validated on the global level
- Confirm with brand that service is tagged locally and validated by local tagging agency before service launch
Must have skills:
- Strong organizational and communication
- JIRA, Confluence
- Knowledge of integrations on marketing data mart and retail websites
- Understanding of CRM
- Agile
Nice to have skills:
- Google Analytics, understanding of event tagging
- MS Office
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Sitecore or another CMS, SFCC
- Service Now
- Salesforce Marketing cloud
- API Management
- AI Diagnostic tools
