Job description

Lead Business Analyst - Technology / Supply Chain
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst - Technology / Supply Chain to help assess and deliver key initiatives in the supply chain and order fulfillment space.
Based in our Technology organization, this role involves working directly with the Technology Team, Technical Architects, Business Partners, Vendors, and Leadership to help advise and steer critical advancement in the Supply Chain area. You will work to develop a deep understanding of processes and technologies involved in supply chain operations including order management and Enterprise Fulfillment workflows, material handling, transportation management and others with the goal of becoming a SME within the portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for enterprise wide business/domain capabilities, processes and services in large and complex enterprise level programs in order to achieve goals.
- Expert and point of contact in enterprise wide end-to-end business/domain capabilities for assigned portfolio(s).
- Drive portfolio ownership by leading the development of technology capability roadmaps that are aligned with enterprise architecture and cross-functional roadmaps.
- Proactively manage the portfolio IT spend prioritization and functional interdependencies by being a liaison between the various stakeholders and IT teams and deliver quality solutions aligned with goals.
- Lead the community of practice for analysis. Coach, mentor and train less experienced analyst across the enterprise.Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
- Ability to lead large programs/portfolios with high impact and cross-portfolio scope, complexity and collaboration with cross-functional teams, both business and IT
- Works independently and is well respected with sphere of influence across portfolios
- Ability to set the vision for the future for the areas of responsibility and mature the job family practice
- Drives large and complex portfolio ownership and management
- Expert and point of contact in cross-portfolio business/technology/domain/architecture area
- Coaches, mentors and develops junior members in the job family
- Gathers and writes detailed requirements for complex initiatives and communicates them to the Technology team for design and build process.
- 9+ years' experience
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
- Retail and Supply Chain experience is a plusWhat you get:
