Job description

The Southern California Market Manager, Corporate Loss Prevention will be responsible for providing support for programs and associates at our stores in Southern California and Scottsdale, Arizona.

Profile

- 3-5 years of Loss Prevention Management experience required. Multi-unit experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Professional demeanor required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with associates, visitors and vendors
- Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to perform under pressure
- Computer skills on a variety of programs
