GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE Communicate and maintain new store and remodel schedule Coordinate burglar and fire alarm permits and processes Track equipment and supply inventory and non-capital repair expense Maintain store security systems and equipment profiles Facilitate and maintain all Loss Prevention related service tickets and service calls, including card access requests Overall support for companywide security systems PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions) Communicate and maintain new store and remodel spreadsheet by tracking construction dates and vendor installation timelines. Compile and send new store equipment boxes to new stores. Work with the new store set team and Loss Prevention vendors to ensure swift resolution of open issues. Assist with coordinating changes to stores alarm codes lists, including new store codes, and the facilitating of retrieval of codes. Coordinate burglar and fire alarm permits, including the renewal process, and process false alarm fees. Monitor and provide alarm exception reporting as needed. Order and maintain proper supply of all keys and cores and other items related to security systems such as electronic article surveillance equipment. Facilitate the replacement of equipment in stores by working with stores management and field Loss Prevention team. Process, file and track assigned non-capital invoices and expenses. Follow up with vendors on problematic invoices, such as inaccurate charges or warranty work. Ensure accuracy of each store's security systems and equipment profile by requesting routine updates from the field. Update store profiles as necessary when equipment is added, removed, or replaced from a store. Create and complete store profile for each new store. Process, assign and resolve all Loss Prevention related service tickets. Troubleshoot issues for timely resolution. Facilitate service calls from the field related to Loss Prevention equipment. Dispatch technicians to resolve repair issues. Work with respective vendors to ensure timely response and completion of all service calls. Follow up on all service tickets with store teams. Resolve all service tickets in the system with a specified disposition. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual remedy reporting for distribution to Loss Prevention teams. Prepare periodic reporting as directed. Through reporting, identify trends that may impact the business and propose solutions. Process corporate card access requests and changes through card access system. JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience in a retail store environment, with some decision making responsibilities Must be detail oriented and able to follow through and meet deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills, verbal and written SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of loss prevention operations or previous loss prevention experience preferred. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point Ability to learn other software programs High School Diploma WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office, Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds COLORADO PAY RANGE At this time, Colorado residents are not eligible for this position.
