In fact, we live and breathe it. About the Job Strong retail business manager with extensive experience in sales reporting, developing sales plans & reviewing sales analytics. Responsible for delivering all necessary reporting for monthly tracking of Retail Sales, Net Sales, Annual budget & LRP Estimate for assigned key accounts (i.e., Nordstrom, QVC/HSN and others). Experience needed in analytical thought leadership, leading the development of sales reporting to provide analytic insight for planning & reporting. Must excel working independently, have developed analytic skills, strong business judgment, and a focus on detail. Responsibilities of this role include maintaining and enhancing key tracking & reports used by management to analyze our sales performance & track key KPI for initiatives. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Annual Budgets/LRP Support the 3-year LRP and Annual budget process through developing the following: Developing relevant & sustainable templates for brand planning Prepare and recommend long range plan for net and retail sales by retailer/channel/country and total North America working with the HA&SP & Finance Develops brand estimates for door closings and openings soliciting feedback from account leads & channels Collaborates with Field Sales and Account Lead to develop annual/ monthly/ weekly retail sales plans by door Monthly / Quarterly Estimate Review Process / Month End / Total NA Leads monthly revenue/LE process with strong collaboration with Finance. Manages calendarization of weekly sales plan (LE by census type) Meets monthly estimate due dates outlined by the region affiliate Reviews all data submitted for accuracy Summarizes variances of movement within the estimate by channel Updates monthly Gross to Net file & Retail & Net run rate files Includes retail sales - trend by retailer & YTG trend Includes net sales - trend by retailer & YTG trend Includes channel analysis & comp/ new door performance Identifies opportunities and risks to the plan based on run rate trends, recommends future adjustments based on analysis both to retail & net Compiles variance analysis at month end/ actuals to plan with reason codes to speak to variances Reports on Retail Sales - report on actuals by channel compared to LY, Plan & estimate Collaborates with sales planning/ inventory Manager on returns tracking & deductions; understanding variances & impact to the LE in a summary Provides commentary for sales results and door count for Quarterly Earnings Release. Reporting Participate in Team weekly business review; share out of analysis for weekly sales vs. LE Region financial reporting/ ad hoc request Oversee reports issued by the sales planning team Other responsibilities: Prepare ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested Maintains an agile data base with running history data & maintain updates Monthly region BR meetings report & analysis for supporting documents Q

Profile

College degree required Minimum of 5 years' experience in an analytical job Strong Analytical and Business acumen Ability to analyze and manipulate large amount of data in excel Self-starter and ability to work independently & disciplined in time management Strong excel, word, PowerPoint skills Self-starter, adept at problem solving Core Competencies: Planning/Organizing - Is highly organized; prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; sets goals and objectives with realistic action plans; proactively checks self against objectives and modifies as needed. Can stay timely on projects & meets deadlines; Meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work.
