Job description

Sales Reporting & Analysis 50% - Oversee accurate and timely reporting of retail sales by region, account, and door level on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis collaborating with FD's and Trade Marketing. Analyze and communicate with Senior Management to identify risks and opportunities. - Prepare analysis to support strategy and progress throughout fiscal, as well as business review slides for sales and marketing presentations. Coordinate with Canada and Online teams to meet all monthly reporting deliverable deadlines. - Help manage LRP process for annual strategy and plan. - Prepare top 30 mall, market share, top door, top city reports as well as tracking of performance according to NPD classification of census divisions utilized by senior management inclusive of a complete summary of results. - Work with Head of Account Management to call out any risks / gaps in account topside side by side calendars developed by Account Leads. - Interface with marketing leads to update brand specific mix of business reports ensuring all new items and sales are captured and categorized. - Coordinate and enter all audited sales data and plans into internal field sales management system. - Own multiple systems input inclusive of DW, FSM, HANA & MI-19. - Manage new door opening process in SAP and coordinate set-up and approvals with key stakeholders. - Track all new distribution opening dates as well as manage door counts by month, quarter, and fiscal year. - Analyze distribution opportunities providing management with details on viability, recapping cannibalization, etc. - Support field executives via business communication inclusive of price increases, sales plans by door, discontinuation letters, etc. Launch Management 45% New Launch Planning - Support Product Marketing in developing new launch plans accurately planning growth and drawing on analyses of previous performance; solicits input from Account Leads and Account Planners on plans. - Support launch planning process and ensures that brand is meeting deadlines. - Collaborate with DP on new launch plan proposals; evaluate pipe and forward 3 month plan to ensure coverage. - Analyze monthly and rolling plans for all launch products with Demand Planning. - Works with product marketing to set and track ship and on-counter dates. Launch Execution - Manage event process in MI-19 and coordinate with Customer Service for release of launch programs to ensure shipping deadlines and priorities are met. - Work with supply to ensure inventory availability on launches, deliveries and trouble shoots problems. - Calls out large variances in performance v. plan that may require a change in the demand plan, alerting the Head of Account & Sales Planning / Demand Planning. - Conceptualize, execute and communicate launch recaps/ tracking inclusive of Holiday sell through and promotional/launch event analysis. - Evaluates launch performance and collaborates with Head of Account & Sales Planning / Demand Planning on forecast adjustments, executes and approves launch re-orders and movement to basic. - Monitors performance during launch, holiday/sets, and exclusives periods.

Profile

Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial acumen Advanced knowledge in Excel. Ability to analyze and manipulate large amount of data in excel Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, Event Management - MI-19, Field Sales & HANA Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple projects effectively. Sense of urgency and accuracy Self-starter adept at problem solving and analysis and ability to work independently
