About the RoleIn this role you will enable adoption and sustainability of capabilities delivered to the business through GapTech Products while supporting continuity and productivity of business operations by providing front line business support to quickly resolve issues for our customers. You will strive to minimize business disruption through guidance and communication of solutions to the problems business end users experience using our systems, tools and reports.What You'll Do
- Leverage subject matter expertise to answer questions about data accuracy and quality; data lineage and flows; and whether the correct tool is being used to answer a specific business question.
- Ensure proactive user communication on status and progress on issue resolution for issues, working with Product Management and Technical Product Teams.
- Partner with the Business and Product Management to identify opportunities in current systems and processes, and provides a direct feedback loop to inform continuous improvement to maximize returns on application development efforts.
- Provide hands on support to the business on delivery of new and enhanced capabilities for supported products demonstrating understanding of business process and workflow to support adoption
- Partner closely with Engineering teams to identify and prioritize technical support issues experienced by business end users, and collaborate to drive resolution to minimize risk and business disruption
- Identify areas of opportunities for optimization of processes and tools through research and analysis
- Responsible for quality of services and advice in meeting business partner needsWho You Are
- Work experience in specific domain area including but not limited to Digital/eCommerce, Stores, Product to Market, Asset Management, Enterprise, Operational and Customer Insights
- Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
- Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to own subject area (add subject area here)
