At LS&Co we're embarking on some major business transformations to position the company for long term success in the rapidly changing retail environment. The goal is to digitize our Go-to-Market capabilities, transform our supply chain and technology platform by building and implementing industry leading software solutions with advanced analytics. The scale and complexity of our business and system landscape make it an extremely challenging and exciting environment to work in. We are looking for a Business Systems Manager that can span across multiple domains and be a key resource in accelerating technology to meet the needs of our business and will be part of the global Digital Supply Chain Transformation technology organization.
As a Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible to work with business partners to align technology solutions with business needs in the Digital Supply Chain transformation technology areas such Inventory and Supply Planning. Supports several moderately complex business processes. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of Retail business processes and solutions to identify, analyze and resolve problems on an ongoing basis. Serves as a project team member. Directly interfaces with business leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors/VPs) to clarify business needs, priorities, and strategies possibly with manager support.
About the Job:
- Partner with business stake holders, solutions architects and IT leads to establish product roadmap for future features and functions of Demand and Supply Management
- Gather, analyze and support IT Application strategies for multiple functional business areas
- Act as a liaison and partner between IT and business, providing subject matter expertise on solution options for the effective management of supply chain strategies to support Global Supply management capabilities
- Collaborates the evaluation, recommendation, business readiness and implementation of best practice software technology solutions
- Lead working sessions and run JAD sessions with key business and technical team members for the purpose of defining business requirements and creates artifacts focused on epics, user journeys, current and to be processes
- Break down the requirements into stories, prioritize and input in a product management tool
- Collaborate with delivery manager on sprint planning, delivery scheduling, assist in developing test cases, participate in testing and drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and operationalization of delivered solutions
- Hands-on configuration of various workflows, modules and reports in Supply chain solutions
- Assist with training and change management efforts on implementation of new systems and enhancements
- Manage backlog grooming and prioritization of enhancements and user stores in partnership with business and IT stakeholders
- Supports assessing risks relative to the readiness of the business to adopt the solution
- Partner with support teams to assist with identification and resolution of operational issues and support of existing applications and capabilities
- Work effectively with external partner teams developing & supporting domain area

Profile

- 8+ years of experience in Retail, Omni-channel, and Supply chain management solutions
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems analyst
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the Inventory optimization, Enterprise Supply planning, S&OP, CPFR and demand planning
- Hands on experience with one or more industry standard COTS Supply Planning tools/platforms (JDA/BY, SAP IBP/APO, O9, Logility, Kinaxis, Adexa, E2Open, Anaplan etc.,)
- Experience with Supply Chain master data management is preferred
- Exposure to ERP solutions is preferred
- Experience with BI, analytical and reporting tools is a huge plus
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology principles
- Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills
