Job description

Meeting all project milestones, deliverables, launch-dates, etc. Managing and ensuring all risks / issues are communicated to stakeholders with clear ownership and resolution plan. Sense of urgency and ability to work under constricted timelines is critical for the success of this role. The right candidate needs to be self-motivated, agile, and driven.

Profile

Primary Responsibilities: Coordinates with cross functional partner business teams for on time & in full execution of projects Leads project meetings including kick-off, team meetings, risk assessment, lessons learned, post launch reviews, and others as needed Manages the risks and issues that can arise during the course project life cycle, takes proactive and decisive measures to course correct as needed Clearly tracks and reports progress with data driven results across all projects Drives governance to ensure prioritization of initiatives across critical ELC Categories Holds partners accountable for the delivery of commitments, escalates issues as needed Communicates, influences, and negotiates across the organization to drive critical Procurement agenda Identifies project resources requirements and escalates constraints Embraces and Initiates Change: Distinguishes what to preserve and what to change. Has the courage to initiate and lead the changes that drive success. Energizes and Enables Others: Ignites passion and releases potential to drive success.
