The Manager of Global Creative Operations will manage fragrance and promo programs and partner with cross-functional teams within Creative, Marketing, GBSC, and Sales to track and monitor all steps in the Creative process ensuring adherence to project defined timelines. This candidate should be highly organized, have outstanding communication skills, and be a self-starter who can hit the ground running.

Initiate directive to begin work process on all programs based upon receipt of 360 Creative Brief
Manage full scope of EL Fragrance & Promo programs from a Creative Operations role. Oversee all international variants and market collateral offerings of same programs TBD.
Manage workflow and schedules for creative programs within the Operations Department and on a project basis based upon volume, deadlines, and priorities.
Liaise with Creative / Design Production department to ensure priorities are clearly established and achieved, meeting deadlines within budget.
Inform individual creative and external departments of potential delays or budget problems. Provide suggested solutions and options.
Ensure process of tracking dates for Advertising, Copy, Creative, Merchandising, Digital and Collateral programs is enforced.
Oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process; including approval of copy, scripts, layout, art, mechanical, translations, blueprints and receipt of printed samples. All files to be delivered to the DAM and distributed to all appropriate partners.
Coordinate scheduling and tracking with all National Advertising driven pieces; (i.e. pull cards, regional ads, scent strips etc.) for all projects.
Attend operations meetings (Hot List, AD Status, Creative Status), to maintain informational dialog and update status on all Creative projects.
Attend weekly status meetings with Creative departments to assure the coordination of all projects. Review and update internal status report on a weekly basis.
Issue revised timetables and supplemental estimates when program changes impact dates and costs.
Conduct status meetings with point persons from Creative departments to ensure the coordination of all projects, eliminating the duplication of effort and to maintain clear communication.
Maintain constant communication with Creative Services group to ensure timeliness of art and croppings necessary to proceed with job; liaise with creative department to determine each image and each international variant.

  • Identify and evolve new processes to drive efficiency in project management and information workflow - install methodologies designed to enhance team effectiveness.

  • Support the corporate-wide roll out of project management tools, technologies, and capabilities of Project Managers and cross-functional teams. This includes timelines, resource (budget and FTE) capacity management and project risk management.

Undergraduate College degree.
Position requires 5+ years relevant work experience in a traffic/operations environment.
General knowledge of print production, collateral materials, art (i.e. chromes, B/W prints, transparencies, etc.), direct mail.
Position requires leadership skills and project management skills.
Excellent written and oral communications, excellent presentation skills, ability to personally organize and set priorities and to drive other people.
