Job description

The Macy's, Inc. Credit & Loyalty Marketing team is seeking a candidate with strong management, organization, and team-building skills. This position is ideal for an individual looking to work with in a high-performance, fast-paced, results driven environment.
The Manager, Credit & Loyalty Marketing is responsible for developing Bloomingdale's credit marketing strategies including:
- Definition and communication of Program Success Measurement
- Innovation of programs via implementation of test & learn initiatives
- Management of key direct mail and digital initiatives to drive cardholder engagement and ensure legal compliance
Essential Functions:
- Drives Overall Program Strategy to Support Bloomingdale's Business Priorities.
- Serves as key working liaison with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on priorities and drive further program insights and improvements.
- Consolidates analytical insights in partnership with cross-functional teams; Ensures alignment on analytical deliverables & timelines.
- Drives Analytics Consolidation and Dissemination.
- Key Bloomingdale's contact for overall program performance; Provides easily-disseminated program analytics and performance metrics.
- Drives Program Enhancement and Innovation.
- Partners with Marketing Enhancements and Marketing Systems Teams to support Bloomingdale's business objectives creatively.
- Leads Strategic Ad-Hoc Projects.
- Continually identifies creative ways to leverage Loyalty to tactically support Bloomingdale's business and strategic priorities. Oversees strategy and execution of these opportunities.
- Monitor and report on competitive programs to ensure competitive responses.

Profile

- Bachelor's degree, Marketing preferred.
- Experience with credit and loyalty marketing strategies, digital marketing experience a plus.
- Ability to tailor communication, flexing up to senior-most leadership levels, among cross functional peers, and to functional individual contributors.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills. Persuasive presentation of data and comfort in presenting to groups to sell new concepts is required.
- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration and decision making skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills, true team player. Consistently demonstrating a positive and collaborative approach - comfortable working with various functional groups across the organization.
- Ability to internalize function-specific goals, synthesize and triage into a sound strategy that meets bigger picture goals.
- Develop high-performing team members and enhance department effectiveness through coaching and mentoring, in addition to building partner relationships internally and externally.
- Flexible style, comfortable in a fast paced environment, willing to reprioritize work for self and team, while maintaining drive to business goals and timelines. Minimal travel required.
