Job description

We are looking for a Manager Digital Account Acceleration for our Partner Development team at our North American headquarters in Portland, OR.
The Manager Digital Account Acceleration will be responsible for developing and advancing our brand presence and commercial execution with wholesale partners across digital channels. The Manager Digital Account Acceleration will be responsible for working with key wholesale partners to elevate the execution of our brand on their website, ensuring improved representation of the adidas brand digitally and increased performance targeting Net Sales and Market Share.
- Manage the execution and completion of defined project plans through effectively coordinating people and resources, monitoring project variables, creating and tracking timelines, proactively implementing corrective or preventative actions, supporting changes in scope, and finalizing all activities across projects.
- Effectively project manage multifaceted initiatives across multiple customers while ensuring stakeholder alignment, achievement of KPIs, and developing scalable best practices.
- Support the execution of the digital strategy for how we win with our wholesale partners by collaborating across wholesale channels and cross functional teams
- Educate the wholesale organization on digital growth levers and demonstrate how the Partner Development team can deliver growth digitally.
- Collaborate with global and market stakeholders to identify and address key opportunities to accelerate growth and increase market share.
- Leverage and adapt tools to continuously improve performance with key wholesale partners to drive efficiency in how the adidas brand is executed digitally.
- Partner with wholesale sales teams to develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans by elevating digital strategy and approach through the lens of operational capability.
- Attend and support sales teams during customer business review meetings as needed to support the holistic agenda and ensure progress against digital initiatives
- Create and share best practices to expedite progress across US wholesale
- Identify business improvements and gain internal alignment on processes to enable, elevate and scale our operational ability to drive digital growth with key wholesale partners.

- Strong project management skills with clear ability to influence multiple constituents
- Proactive mindset (engaging &impact oriented) while ensuring strong end-to-end processes
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior executives, stakeholders, cross functional business leaders, peers, clients, and customers.
- Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities to accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (MS Access preferred).
- Understanding of retail & digital terminology
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Ability to prioritize and collaborate within a complex and fast-paced environment
- Innovative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of ecom trends, SEO strategy, website traffic driving tactics, and online marketing tactics.
