Position Summary
The Ecommerce Analytics Manager will extract, clean, and manipulate data for use in building visualizations, reports, and analyses. The Ecommerce Analytics Manager will monitor and provide recommendations to optimize sales performance on digital marketing channels, identify opportunities and risks for brand and business growth, and produce and present executive reports that drive high-level decision-making. An additional focus of this role will be defining and building customer funnels as well as segmenting website traffic to understand user behavior and enhance customer experience as well as boost conversion rates across ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, with a demonstrated history of extracting actionable insights from large data sets. They are entrepreneurial and strategic, a proactive collaborator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can partner with many cross-functional teams across the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture e-commerce KPIs (traffic, pages, conversion, etc.) and analyze trends over time. Perform deep-dive analyses into specific KPIs to understand the underlying key drivers of each.
- Design and manage daily, weekly, monthly reporting dashboards to track performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize site merchandising and improve online marketing efforts.
- Segment website traffic to understand / optimize user experience and conversion rates based on channel, device, visit frequency, demographics, etc.
- Collaborate on data and reporting requirements to guide development of data environment that enables analytics and reporting of digital customer journey, engagement and value.
- Identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses.
- Review test hypotheses in A/B testing. Develop comprehensive test plans and success metrics. Calculate the final test results and provide deep dive analysis of test results.
- Ensure consistency and reliability in data, metrics, analytics and interpretation of insights. Troubleshoot any issues related to website data collection / tracking.
- Synthesize insights from different brands by performing deep dives into customer behaviors.
- Create and maintain analytics roadmap.
- Leverage sales data and strong understanding of the digital customer and business model to inform seasonal strategies and business reviews.
- Monitor product sales, inventory levels, and return rates to inform future catalog planning and replenishment.
- Provide insight into business and industry trends and identify opportunity/risk areas.
- Assist upper management with ad hoc queries and provide support across ecommerce analytics and data visualization.
- Develop an understanding and/or have knowledge of SEO best practices and its impact on traffic and other metrics.

Salary Range: $74,900 - $93,600

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.

Competencies
- Advanced Excel experience required including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and Charting.
- Ability to write SQL and pull data for analysis.
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics or similar Web Analytics and attribution tools.
- Technical knowledge including html, tag management, basic front-end code.
- Proven understanding of application test cycles, best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize work to adhere to project timelines; adapts easily to changing environments and business needs.
- Organized, detail oriented and the ability to transform concepts into actionable plans.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics/Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related field. Master's a plus.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, modeling or similar work.
- 3+ years ecommerce experience (retail and/or apparel a plus).
- 2+ years of relevant QA technical experience.
Salary Range: $74,900 - $93,600
