Primary Purpose:
As part of the growing Outlet E-Commerce team, the E-Commerce Innovation Manager will be the team's lead in the planning, development and execution of digital innovation. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners such as Digital Product, Marketing, and Creative to deliver best-in-class site experience to drive explosive growth for the business.

- Collaborate with Digital Product and Marketing teams in defining and prioritizing the digital innovation roadmap
- Drive the development of the digital innovation roadmap (testing, pilots, launches) and integration into broader site calendar, ensuring alignment with overall site strategies and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and integrate processes for new, ongoing initiatives; continuously identify opportunities to streamline ways of working to ensure teams and processes remain agile and nimble
- Partner with site experience team to integrate all testing, pilots and launches into broader site calendar, ensuring alignment with overall site strategies and business objectives
- Lead the cross-functional execution for testing and innovation initiatives, including defining strategic objectives and hypotheses, validating experience prior to launch, and reporting out performance metrics and insights
- Liaison on behalf of Outlet E-Commerce team with all third party vendors
- Create and deliver actionable weekly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting on digital initiatives
- Continually mine and evaluate new initiative pilots, A/B tests, and launches to understand incrementality and customer behavior
- Maintain robust competitive intelligence and pulse on digital trends to ensure CoachOutlet.com remains at the forefront of innovation

- BA or BS degree preferred
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience required
- Passion for innovation and technology
- Strong track record in delivering on results and driving business strategies
- Exceptional ability to adapt to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency
- Team-oriented with ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels; ability to negotiate and influence peers and members of cross-functional team.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; comprehensive understanding of retail math.
- Strong listening, written and exceptional oral communication skills
- Must have strong Excel skills; Google Analytics experience required, Demandware experience a plus
