Job description
This role will support the La Mer brand globally and will be responsible for partnering with the Global regionals to drive the La Mer Global online business. This person will work closely with the Global Executive Director to support markets and regions to drive commercial excellence. This person will be the point of contact managing market needs and providing them will tools, best practices, commercial programming working across the global online team and other stakeholders. He/She will also be responsible for analytics on an ongoing basis to be leveraged across all countries where La Mer has an online presence in order to drive and increase sales and NOP.

- Keep internal tracking documents of all business and marketing requests and progress for all markets.
- Issue annual guidelines for promotions, new business models etc. to regions
- Collaborate closely with Regional Online managers to ensure all online local markets regularly update and maintain their sites with new seasonal launch products/collections assets, promotions and marketing programs.
- Analytics
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as required to support projects and launches
With the Global Executive Director, work closely with regions to develop monthly commercial programing
Profile
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience
- 2 to 4 years related web marketing/ecommerce business experience. College degree required.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Strong organizational skills; Pro-active problem solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a brand advocate and team player.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies).
- Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
