PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE: Support in leading the development and implementation of the Global Skincare Set, Makeup Set, Paid Sampling, and the Pink Ribbon Portfolio, innovation and marketing strategy to enhance Brand story and drive retail sales in priority channels and regions. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development of innovative promotional programs with strong storytelling, and a complete 360 activation to recruit new consumers, drive trial and protect our loyal consumers. Lead the development and execution of High-Performance Skincare Retail Sets, Foundation Sets, Mascara Sets, Paid Sampling and the Pink Ribbon program. Lead program from inception to market always ensuring program is competitive, compelling, stays on track and within cost targets. Analyze portfolio each FY, make recommendations to strengthen overall offer, trim excess where not needed and identify opportunities. Analyze the global market space with a regional lens, identify gaps to ensure we remain competitive regionally, propose opportunities each year to both recruit NEW consumers as well as grow regimens with Loyal consumers, with a regional lens. Collaborate with regional teams to analyze key market mix of business and incorporate findings into program proposals in support of both Brand and Region strategic objectives. Should be well versed in NPD. Have a digital mindset in creation of all programs and campaign planning. Have complete knowledge in social media and be an active user in order to have an understanding of what is needed to win in promotions. Lead Creative 360 meetings to collaborate with Creative and Consumer Engagement teams to identify digital first, consumer engagement strategy for all digital (social, in-store and advertising) support elements for assigned programs to ensure there is a new story each season with a cohesive message at all consumer touch points. Solicit feedback on current 360 initiatives and research new opportunities to evolve strategies. Partner with Global Skincare Marketing and Global Makeup Marketing to ensure product mix strategy is aligned with category objectives. Cultivate collaborative relationships with Regional teams on program development and performance, ensuring programs developed meet Region's/Market's and Brand's needs/objectives. Collaborate with GBP team to analyze paid sample CN program. Determine KPIs in collaboration with GBP to ensure our program is delivering on Brand's goal. Write all comprehensive Concept Briefs, seek SVP approval and initiate working sessions with Design and Packaging to turn over programs and brainstorm new breakthrough innovative packaging, component and vehicle ideas. Provide complete competitive reviews with key insights and takeaways and cascade to ensure we are relevant and competitive. Write all comprehensive Creative Briefs, seek SVP approval and initiate Turn Over sessions with Consumer Engagement and Creative Teams to cascade season's programs. Each brief must include a complete competitive review with key insights and takeaways as well as a targeted strategic plan and clear execution guidance to ensure we are relevant and competitive. Lead PPD discussion, driving program development and ensuring programs stay on track. Lead resolutions for challenges that arise. Create feasibilities for all programs reducing costs where possible. Evaluate Preliminary and Final COG's for each program. Track global COG on all sets, updating quarterly. Prepare and update all systems/paperwork to initiate and execute all assigned programs in Runway and GMW. As well as all briefs required for program execution. Drive copy process to include on time initiation with the copy team, ensuring all copy is approved and issued, for all assigned programs on time. Partner with department Admin to keep process on track. Approve packaging artwork and insert cards. Write, post and track all strategic Global Offerings for assigned programs, communicating the overarching strategy for each season based on product priorities. Analyze and Evaluate Forecast recaps. Drive on time forecast closings to include weekly pulls from GBP, reminder emails to regions where forecasts are not complete and drive on time forecast closings. Work with NOAM on pricing strategy for sets where applicable. Oversee Administrative Assistant ensuring she is coordinating all copy and comps for creative turnover and meetings. Assist in preparation for Senior Management meetings, retailer presentations and Regional Round Tables. Assist Executive Director with special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ Years related experience. College Degree required. Excellent Organization, communication and follow-through skills are needed. Multi-functional, flexible to handle ever changing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Runway, SAP, GMW, and NPD.
