Job description

Develop and implement processes to achieve 95+% customer service levels, inventory turns, reduce lead times, increase responsiveness, and improve Jockey's overall speed to market via a reliable, flexible, and agile supply chain.
- Understand Jockey's business needs by BU, channel, and customer through collaboration with the appropriate teams.
- Understand Jockey's supply chain capabilities and limitations through collaboration with sourcing, vendors, and vendor visits. Share with the BU's and work to achieve best possible solution for matching supply with demand.
- Understand Jockey's functional roles and communication flow needed to drive the business. Represent Operations in cross functional team meetings. Keep the BU's advised of the supply chain capabilities and requirements as well as the production status of key product initiatives. Keep the Operations Teams and Jockey's supply partners advised of all BU requirements and the relative significance of each initiative. Collaborate across the supply chain to improve efficiencies.
- Manage the monthly capacity planning process for the assigned product categories. Provide analysis, insight, and direction to the Supply Planners on optimal resource utilization, planning methodologies and problem resolution. Monitor all vendor projections and material commitments.
- Manage the PO planning and issuing process for compliance to target inventory levels, planned capacities, lead times and minimum order quantities (MOQ's & MCQ's).
- Monitor and track the planning and execution of all new product launches, fashion colors, promotions, door expansions, packaging, or price changes, etc. for assigned products. Take the lead with cross functional teams to resolve issues in a proactive manner.
- Collaborate with Sourcing and others as needed to develop, plan, and execute changes in sourcing strategies that align with Forward Sourcing goals and objectives.
- Understand Jockey's planning system capabilities and limitations used to manage product supply. Develop processes and tools to maximize efficiencies through exception management and best practices.
- Identify and initiate process improvement projects within the Planning function.
- Build a strong team through training, coaching and development.
- Create a sense of urgency with a focus on customer service and what's best for Jockey.
- Lead and participate in corporate project teams.

- Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience in Supply Chain
- 10+ years in supply chain; manager experience preferred
